1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods and services by C&K Windows & Doors Ltd, trading as Bennbrook Windows ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England & Wales under Company No. 15977170, VAT No. 478 5671 35. Our registered address is 19 Stort Mill Riverway, Harlow CM20 2SN.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

We supply, deliver and install windows, doors, conservatories, roof lanterns, flat roof lights, and modular extensions for residential and commercial properties across North London, East London, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

3. Quotes & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until accepted by both parties in writing.
• Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to amend a quotation if there are changes to material costs or specification requirements.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required upon acceptance of a quotation to secure your order.
• The balance of payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the installation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you entered into this contract at your home or away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to sales@bennbrookwindows.co.uk). If you have requested that work begins during the cancellation period, you will be liable for any costs reasonably incurred up to the point of cancellation.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

• All products come with the manufacturer's warranty as standard.
• Our installations are covered by our own workmanship guarantee.
• We are an IWA Approved Installer, providing deposit protection and insurance-backed guarantees through the IWA scheme.
• Warranty claims should be made in writing to our office address or by email.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the supply of goods or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the contract. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of C&K Windows & Doors Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
